I still prefer the MDT 8-fold buttons (KNX) over the Loxone touch switches. The price difference is negligible and the Loxone actuators are much quicker and easier to program. Plus orientation light and temperature sensor, that's 18 group addresses just for one 8-fold push button. If you use the LED indicators, that will be an additional 8 group addresses. Each button will be assigned one group address, so 8 group addresses.
For example, I use MDT 8-fold push buttons. Just be aware that with the KNX module for Miniserver v2, there is a limit of 500 group addresses which depending on your needs might not be enough. As others already wrote, I would make the KNX system as dumb as possible and do all the states and logic in Loxone.
Other than that, I have no issues using Loxone with KNX. I had to get a seperate KNX/IP interface for programming.
